Communication and Dispatch

Always Connected: Our dispatch office is the crucial link between you and our drivers. Open from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, our dispatchers handle route creation, daily communications, and maintenance scheduling.

Pickup and Drop-off Procedures

Regular Education: Ensure your child is at their bus stop 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time. Visibility is key, so please have them wait at the designated area.
Special Education: Special accommodations mean pickups right at your doorstep. Please have your child ready three minutes before their scheduled pickup time.
Ensuring Safety at Every Step: If a child does not have a parent or guardian at the stop, they will remain on the bus while we contact you directly.
Address and School Changes: Please inform your child’s school of any changes, and they will coordinate with us to update our records and routes.

In Case of an Accident

Safety is our utmost priority, but should an accident occur, here’s our procedure:

Immediate Action: Our driver will secure the scene and call emergency services if necessary.
Communication is Key: We notify the relevant school departments and directly contact parents of Special Ed and Daycare students.
Support on Site: A EZ Care Transit Co. manager will always be dispatched to the scene to provide support and handle the situation with utmost care.
